Design And Performance Optimization Of Educational Administration System In Some Vocational College

Educational administration management is a core part of the management of colleges and universities, and is the key to ensure the normal operation of the teaching work. The educational administration management work is complicated and has a wide range of jurisdiction, which involves the reasonable arrangement of the students, teachers, teaching resources and so on. It has the characteristics of strong principle, service and timeliness. Scientific, standardized and efficient educational administration is the guarantee of teaching quality, running efficiency and personnel training. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer network technology and the development of information construction in colleges and universities,a great many colleges or universities have increased information management system with the development of increasing information construction, such as elective system, credit system, teaching resources systems, etc. However, it does not form a unified management platform.Each subsystem uses the relative independence, the data format is not unified and can’t achieve data sharing, it makes it difficult to meet the needs of educational administration management by the single function and lack of uniform rules and system design of the educational management system. In order to improve the timeliness, accuracy and convenience of educational administration work, each university urgently needs to meet the needs of its unified high-performance educational management system platform, in order to promote the educational administration work scientific, standardized and efficient.Through analyzing the educational management information system in most of colleges or universities, combined with actual demand of educational administration in the some vocational college, this paper analyzes, designs and synthesizes the educational administration model. And the study presents a combination system with two modes for the educational administration system that based on the mobile terminal client/server and PC terminal browser/server. The system will put together into the credit system, self-developed teaching resources platform and subsystems of all the Senate of design and development by means of SOA technology. Then it integrates into a unified educational management platform and develops the Android mobile phone APP facilitating teachers and students to gather all kinds of information. At same time, it is able to address the Senate by Nginx load balancing technology time concurrent access problem, And it focus on the Nginx performance of the modular configuration optimization, caching and separation of dynamic and static web pages. Finally it makes a comparison to the pressure test of the system concurrent so that the system can ensure the process and response of data operation based on the security of data fleetly, achieving the informatization, intelligentize and standardization of educational administration in order to greatly reduce staff’s daily workload, improve the level and efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities.
