Sintered ore is an importnt kind of raw material in the production of iron and steel metallurgy.The stability of its chemical composition is directly related to the blast furnace operation.Since sintering materials have wide sources and sintering process is dynamic,time-varying,complex and lag,the method of quality control that is based on the periodic sampling and testing results of sinter can’t meet the requirements of industrial production.Therefore,it is significant to reasch on-line monitoring and controlling system of the components of sinter material,which will promote intelligent production pace of the steel industry.Based on depth study of the sintering process’ s characteristics,the paper uses emerging prompt gamma ray neutron activation analysis(PGNAA)technology to nondestructively and online measure three kinds of big full sample materials,the materials are sintered materials,mixes and finished sinter.Sintering ratio optimization model and sinter chemical composition prediction model are established to reduce the economic indicators,and sintered components on-line monitoring system has been designed and developed to control the stability of total iron(TFe)and alkalinity(R).The contents of this paper consist three parts: design of the real time acquisition system of material composition,the model of sinter chemical composition control,a sintering-line monitoring system.By analyzing sintered components data collected online,the proportion of sinter ingredients is calculated preliminarily by linear programming algorithm,it uses BP algorithm to early forecast the content of R and TFe,and uses interval optimization strategy to analyze the prediction result,and then repeatedly correct the constraints of ratio optimization model,the best ingredients ratio that meet production requirements will be obtained,the aim of optimizing and controlling sinter chemical composition can be implemented.At the same time,the paper uses InTouch,PLC,VIsual Basic and other software and hardware to develop monitoring system.The system shows and analyzes the real-time trend and change of sintering material composition,which realize the remote measurement and the control of contents about TFe and R.
