Design And Implementation Of The Cost Budget Management System Of Tianlong Engineering Company

With the development of computer and network technology, the application of inform ation technology is gradually penetrating into all areas of the enterprise。Jinzhou tianlong petrochemical installation engineering company undertakesa large number of Jinzhou pe trochemical installation projects。 Because of the use of manual paper cost budget work mode, the workhas many problems such as complicated, inefficient, error-prone and so on. We design and implement the cost budget management system to solve these problems.The system uses B/S structure。The operator only uses the browser to operate the system.Through this system the user can undertake budgeting, budget review and approval, budget execution, and do the cost control in the implementation process。The use of this system not only improves the working efficiency of engineering budget, budget audit, budget approval, and the cost of monitoring. It also implements the information sharing and information exchange between the different functional departments.In addition the accumulation of cost budget data also make it easy to reuse later.The system uses the advancedidea of Java Web development technology。The system usesmulti-layer architecture and SSH framework integration technology:Strtus framework is responsible for the presentation layer, Hibernate framework is responsible for the persistence layer, and spring framework is responsible for logic layer。The layers are separatedby the interface in order to improve the independence of each layer。The various business logic is configured to frameworkin the form ofJava Bean, and called by the framework。This paper first introduces the development background and the requirements of the system。 On the basis of this it analyses and sums up thesystem functions and business processes.And then it puts forward the solution to the system by object-oriented idea and Java Web framework technology. Especially for examination and approval of the budget process in the general budget and approver map processing, this paper makes a detailed analysis and design。Finally in the system realization are discussed in detail and gives the conclusion of the paper.Finally it elaborates the realizationof eachsystem part and gives the conclusions.
