With equipment and processing technology of wireless sensor network to constantly improve and update, chicken processing mechanization in our country and intelligent degree improved significantly. Chicken processing industry has made rapid development, chicken products increasingly diversified, consumption is growing. Although chicken production and consumption is growing rapidly, the prospect is good, but at present our country the development of poultry industry level also has the very big disparity compared with developed countries, chicken slaughtering workshop environment of sampling and production lines on the amount of chicken still needs a lot of artificial operation, advanced intelligent concept has not yet formed. In recent years, with the Internet of things technology, in order to satisfy the chicken slaughtering enterprises on the workshop production information and workshop environment acquisition of high efficiency, high precision requirements, intelligent data acquisition as a typical application of Internet of things has become a new research hotspot. In intelligent data acquisition system, the collection and the normal operation of the equipment and transmission equipment is the key to intelligent data collection system. So in this paper, the key research is based on the ZigBee/GPRS technology of chicken slaughtering process intelligent data acquisition control the integration of device.This project studies the main contents are as follows: using K60 single-chip microcomputer for base station under a machine, node STC12C5A60S2 master control chip to monitor data collection instruction from the base station, after the node to receive data acquisition through sensors for data acquisition, data acquisition is completed according to certain format into string, through ZigBee sends the data to the base station, then the base station to transmit collected data through the GPRS, sent to the PC through the Internet network, at the same time can be based on ASP.NET 2.0 WEB network application, application client and server data terminal interaction. The project aims to through the comprehensive application of computer technology and sensor technology, the data monitoring and intelligent control is introduced into the wireless network, realize the data real-time acquisition and processing of wireless, automation and intellectualization. The system structure is simple, operation is stable, reliable and PC interface friendly, can achieve the expected goals and requirements.(1) With the aid of ZigBee/GPRS communication technology and Internet, Internet of center- more intelligent data acquisition monitoring system. Environmental data parameter transmission, by means of intelligent processing.(2) Realize remote access to PC and intelligent control of the remote data acquisition, using ASP web design language combined with database, collect information through the Internet to provide users with better and convenient information inquiry service.(3) GPRS wireless communication technology was applied to poultry slaughtering enterprises workshop environment and the production data transmission field, the temperature and light intensity can be achieved according to the workshop of intelligent control to implement the intelligent of the workshop environment control, and save a large amount of manpower material resources.
