Fixed Assets Management firefighting system is an extremely important task for the fire department, in order to make efficient use of the existing fire- fighting equipment improved, the need for effective supervision fire facilities management. The number of fire department equipment and a wide range, with a longer life cycle and higher use value, so there are various issues management process during fire- fighting facilities, such a device is lost, inventory heavy workload statistics have been unable to effectively there are facilities for book value and depreciation of equipment of inaccurate statistics, the efficiency of these issues for the normal operation of the fire protection system has a great influence, and thus prone to repeat the purchase of existing equipment problems and improve the unit operating costs. In order to solve the above problem, the urgent need to develop a fire protection system meets the characteristics of the fixed assets management system.This article is the analysis of the current lack of fixed asset management, based on the combination of the inherent characteristics of the asset management of the fire protection system, a set of suitable fire department’s fixed asset management solution. The implementations of system software main function uses.NET development platform, data management using SQ L Server 2008 database for unified management. The main work done in this article includes :(1) Analysis of the fire protection system fixed asset management application background, values, and application requirements, conduct relevant research needs;(2) management of fixed assets combined with the fire department and the actual characteristics of the application requirements, the work carried out to establish fixed asset management data model and demand model;(3) Design Approval workflow fixed assets, fixed asset management processes to strengthen surveillance to prevent the loss of fixed assets;(4) Combining the data model and the demand model, functional design and software process management system for major fixed assets module design;(5) The MVC framework and object-oriented technology to the fixed assets management system design and implementation process, easy to implement and maintain the system function maintenance and expansion.Fire departments through the implementation and application of the fixed assets management system, can significantly improve the efficiency of fixed asset management, fixed asset management for the unit’s internal information technology modernization and standardization has a positive role in promoting the quality of work at the same time contribute to the fixed assets management unit improved. This system does not only involve the general function of fixed asset management, and strengthen supervision and monitoring for approval had good support, high visualization systems, and has a friendly man-machine interface operation. The system can not only promote the information technology unit, but also has certain significance for fixed asset management units in the same industry.
