In recent years, due to the increased railway speed, China enter the era of high-speed railway. As a new type of transport, high-speed railway which has rapid, low-cost and convenient characteristics deeply attracted many users, and traveling with the high-speed railway gradually become the first choice for more and more users. Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway is an important part of the backbone of the nation's high-speed rail network,921 km in length, the design speed of 350 km, across the three provinces in the northeast of China's four major cities, line is located in Liaoning Province, to reach a total length of 553 km. Dalian domestic lines with a total length of 113 km, with 4 parking stations of Dalian, north of Dalian, Pulandian, Wafangdian. Jiu Li Zhuang, Taishan,30 in the fort, Myeongdong, Hill Tun, Beacon Hill, tiger Tun a total of six total length for 6.7 km tunnel.Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway brings many kinds of scenes together, such as tunnels, urban and suburban junction, mountainous area, rural empty scene and so on, the user perceived problems involving optimization of continuous coverage, weak coverage, system operation problem are difficult; at the same time, due to high speed of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway, similar problems in research on high speed scene also relates to the ordinary railway, such as the Doppler effect analysis, fast fading, body penetration loss, high-speed mobile terminal, maintain continuous coverage of the high speed and so on, the difficulty of coverage optimization of mobile network is greatly increased. And in such a situation, the challenge about optimization scheme of wireless network under the condition of high-speed train is mentioned.In this paper, we mainly discuss the CDMA wireless network optimization of China Telecom in Dalian section of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway. Based on the specificity of high-speed railway of high speed, poor signal penetration result from strong tightness, edge user perception, switch tape set and so on, we analyze and demonstrate some physical phenomena which have Doppler frequency shift, fast fading, loss of train body penetration and terminal high speed running. At last, we propose a new optimization strategy of wireless network coverage of high-speed rail, and obtain some general solutions according to the Dalian section of Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway, then we can enhance the perception of subsequent users of high-speed rail.The difficulty of wireless network coverage optimization of high-speed rail has been introduced in this paper. In order to enhance the EVDO network quality of Dalian section of Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail, we give the optimization strategy of wireless network coverage of high-speed rail and accumulate the optimization experience. Through this study, we can form a complete set of ideas on the wireless network optimization of high-speed rail, and eventually provide the most satisfied use perception of wireless network for the 3G users on the high-speed rail. At the same time, through repetition of optimized CDMA network of the Dalian high-speed rail, the whole system is adjusted effectively in this paper. Finally, the indicators have been greatly improved, and the optimization effect is remarkable.
