As an emerging industry, electronic commerce has acquired long-term development since the beginning of the new century. At the same time, many electronic commercial companies which are start from scratch have emerged in the market. Many corporations begin to work in this area for the sake of profit. Meanwhile, with the development of information, traditional foreign trade operates the industry transmission in time and is transmitted into the area of cross-border electronic commerce. With the expansion of the scale of enterprise and business development, an ERP system which is suitable for electronic commercial corporations is requested by these enterprises. In order to design such a system, precise demand analysis and integration of upstream and downstream sources are problems that we must handle with. The paper design and cross-border ERP system is focused on this point, in order to bring elaborate explanation of development process of the whole procedure of designing and developing.This essay is focused on the analysis of the elaborate operating procedure of cross-border electronic commerce, including 3 main models:supplier and product management, purchasing sales and storage management, logistics channel management and other models, platform and operation management along with 3 auxiliary modules:user management, human resource management and asset management. Furthermore, this essay designs properly for every model according to the demand of the enterprises and overcomes the practical difficulty of transnational networks’instability. As a result, ERP system is meeting the demand of the corporations. Owing to features of the cross border electronic commercial organizations, their staff members are all over the world. The whole business procedure is stretching over many fields and needs corporation in multiple industries. Thus, system exploits application platform called J2EE and uses Spring MVC framework. Database use open source MYSQL and uses flexible MyBatis persistence layer. The whole system is taking the core of data center. It is supported by service-aircraft operations, data synchronization system server,logistics application server, supply procurement servers which are forming a complete service network, in order to satisfy the employees, customers and partners all over the world.
