The Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For New World College Institute

With the rapid development of Internet, information and communication technology, overall development planning for the company’s informationalization has been taken to the schedule schools and colleges. And informationalization of financial management is of vital importance. Financial management system can provide leaders with useful information and help them make decisions. And it is sure that the information should be quick, in time and accurate, current way of financial management is no longer suitable for New World College. So in order to operate and develop the enterprise better as well as improve financial management, a new mode of financial management should be built based on a suitable and complete information system.We analyzed the characteristics of New World College, designed reasonable plans based on the compatible and high-extensible dates, We first introduced the background and significance of our topic and explained our current financial management situation. And then we clarified our objectives.We also described the ideas, topology and key technologies, which including descriptions about database and different modules, We also presented the process of system testing and acting and then showed the effects.At last, in this paper, we presented a summary of recent results, analyzed disadvantages of the financial management system and then focused on the future development after doing some analysis.
