At present, the bus as an important means of transport in the modern city is particularly important to travel safety. According to statistics, driver’s non-standard operation and the vehicle’s own performance issues are the main reasons for the city’s frequent traffic accidents. Among them, the former accounts for more than 70% and the latter accounts for about 10%.Therefore, curbing the phenomenon of driver’s non-standard operation effectively, real-time monitoring of vehicle performance and eliminatig the potential security risks of bus as much as possible are effective ways to reduce the incidence of accidents and the loss of life and property. To solve these problems, we need to establish a comprehensive monitoring and management system of bus shifting system, which includes data collection, transmission, storage, analysis and other functions. It can reflect the driver’s operating level and vehicle performance and provide reference for the vehicle maintenance and appointment of high operating capacity drivers for the bus company.This thesis is based on the monitoring and management of EPS shift system for Dalian nature vehicle electronic equipment co.,ltd. The system has now been completed to record and store parameters that can reflect the performance of the vehicle and driver’s operating level. Next, transferring the data collected to a computer for analysis and processing and giving an objective and reasonable evaluation on vehicle performance and chauffeur-driven operational level are essential.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Bluetooth technology applications, the graphical user interface (GUI) establishment as well as data analysis of vehicle operation. Through the Bluetooth wireless communication technology to transfer running data of EPS gearshift system.GUI sets data transmission, data storage and data analysis in one. Data analysis makes chaotic datas present in graphical curve intuitively and brightly.Through the monitoring and management of shift system, strengthening the daily management of the bus. It is of great significance for supervising the driver’s operation, timely eliminating potential safety problems, ensuring the safety of travel as much as possible, reducing the accident rate and ensuring the safety of life and property.
