In order to meet the challenges and seize the opportunity, DT from the business and the company decided to proceed with the change management aspects, to improve the company’s competitiveness.The company’s competitiveness depends to a large extent the company’s human resources, how to effectively motivate staff, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, improve work efficiency, thereby enhancing the company’s overall performance has become an urgent problem DT company. In this paper, in order to DT corporate performance management as the research object, using the method of literature studies and case analysis, starting from the current situation DT corporate performance management, through three typical cases, combined with performance management knowledge learned, to DT corporate performance management currently exist performance management issues in-depth analysis.
