| HAIYA Electrical Engineering Company’s business character is its operating around the project management as basic business running module. Accurate engineering material management is critical to the company’s efficiency raising and cost reducing in its business management strategy and will provide effective informational tool for the company’s project running management.HAIYA company’s engineering material management system is a matching software sub-system with the company’s engineering project transaction management system, and provides aid support for engineering projects on material and equipment asset management. The system’s main business functions include material basic information management function, material plan management function, engineering material design and inspection management function, engineering material check-out and return management function, and equipment/asset information computing management function. Based on the above basic function requirement, this paper discusses the system’s demand analysis, design and implementation, from the view of software development. It describes the software’s function demand and user case modules, builds software structure design scenario, and then gives detailed discussion to some main modules’design and internal transaction processing units, such as material plan type management module, material operation type management module, and equipment asset type management module, etc. It also gives the system’s database design and database chart samples. Finally, it describes programming implementation and testing of all the main modules both on server-end and client-end.This software is programmed by C# and Oracle database. It has been finished test, and is in trial running status using real engineering projects’data. The trial running proves this software’s ability in managing the global information of the enterprise’s engineering material plan, material inventory and the equipments timely and precisely, well reaching it s development objectives. |
