Design And Implementation Of Army Gateway Management Software Based On Android Platform

Security has always been an important work of the party and the State. In today’s situation, security work faces new challenges and tasks. Gateway management has a critical role as essential positions of unit security.Currently, the traditional paper note and register management has become too cumbersome and too trouble for approval and the records are easily lost. It is damaged easily which is not conducive to the preservation and management. In the meanwhile, it has the possibility of being distorted. My project topic is gateway management software based on the Android platform. This system makes the process of gateway management easier to manage, and it makes the practical work more efficient and safer. It also completes the management function at the same time through password control and friendly man-machine conversation interface. It is convenient for management in the future.This project uses the popular Android operating system through the analysis of gateway management process. According to official recommendations, the Android application development uses the MVC pattern, Android open source frameworks and API to implement gateway management software. UI of the project is achieved by adding widget in Activity, using Service to monitor data in background, taking SQLite as the main data storage, getting contact information and photos through Provider Content, the communication of each process is controlled by Broadcast and the thread is controlled by Handler. At the same time, the relevant functions of the project are achieved by a large number of Android System Service.The whole project includes three parts:leave application subsystem, leader approval subsystem and gateway management subsystem. All the functions of three subsystems have been implemented respectively. The communication is carried out by SMS in the three parts, which is related to the business process. According to the actual practice and testing of force, it has shown that this subject can implement the gateway management process with a standardized and convenient way. It also can complete the related work efficiently, safely and easily.
