Electric cars’charging process is slow, which is not as fast as the oil-fired cars adding fuel. Therefore, the charging infrastructure is one of the main factors that restrict the development of electric cars. In order to develop electric car, the construction of charging piles in all corners of the city is an irreversible trend. In face of many charging pile, which are dispersedly built, we have a huge problem for their monitoring and control. The different companies currently have their own communication standards, and every charging pile management system of these companies are mutually independent.The State Council proposed the method for combining Internet and charging pile based on the above factors, which promotes the data communication of individual charging pile network. Therefore, only researching a monitoring and control system with powerful compatibility, charge pile cluster can be used more convenient and effective.In this paper, the monitoring and control system of charging pile is the study object. By connecting some discrete charging pile together through the Wi-Fi communications network and Internet, the hamper of the building brought by distance has been broken, and the entire wireless remote data transmission has been achieved. Because of the Wi-Fi technology, which has become increasingly mature and widely used in city, a lot of wiring costs can be saved and the project can be shorten. In the meantime, the combination with the Internet achieves the real-time acquisition and processing for charging pile running state, energy data and users’ ID card number. By individual client and synthetically managing client, the interactive interface can become more user-friendly. The timely feedback on the appropriate information to users and administrators achieves monitoring and control for the charging pile running in anytime and anywhere.The system uses an intelligence single-phase electric energy meter to collect energy information in charge pile site. Then transmits the data to the terminal control core STM32 by the bus 485. The control core will synthesize energy information, switch status and personal information. The data will be transmitted remotely by using Wi-Fi technology with the TCP/IP protocol. After data upload, STM32should wait for remote control instruction, when receiving feedback, comparing it and the current state, charge pile can decide whether to change the state.Upper computer is designed by graphical programming language of Lab VIEW, which have an interface with good performance for interaction and operation. Besides, some subprograms having various functions can be achieved, such as TCP communications, data transmission and reception, database operation, data query and display, etc. And Datasocket technology is applied in system, the two clients is controled with real-time and remote.
