| As the tax information system management is being advanced further, and "Golden Tax" project is listed as one of the national "12 Golden Projects", Tax information system has developed a lot. Since then, a serious of applications, software have been designed by national tax departments in order to collect original data. However, these software due to the lack of uniform standard, relevance and sharing, can not provide data completely and coherently to support tax administration. Besides, our national tax system has also suffered problems of how to integrate data, use data as well as find relevance data to supply support of tax fund management and risk management.In order to solve these problems, promoting a kind of auxiliary software setting on existing application system, and a personalized and integrated information platform of satisfying the management of national tax administration and the practical needs of administration, should base on the analysis of the existing system in the field of national tax information system and of the business requirements, follow the rules of "data sharing, application intensive", target increasing the information management efficiency of tax and business, focus on strengthen integrated construction, so that it will realize the goal of "being beneficial to promote professional management of tax fund, to mitigate risk of tax collection, to enhance tax administration and administrative management performance"This thesis bases on a practical project, follows the principle of "sharing, integrated, and simplified", realizes the expectation of managing tax by information and controlling power by technology, as well as aims to enhance administration performance. Meanwhile, this thesis’s research targets to create an integrated comprehensive information platform whose data is transparent, operation is convenient, link is less, and controllable technology is wide, through integrating existing series of data and improving information sharing.The main purpose of this thesis is to set up a national tax auxiliary information system based on.NET, which will increase the efficiency of tax administration. The information system discussed in this thesis would extract, transform and load (ETL) data from isolated various distributed, heterogeneous source data of tax application system, and put all the tax related data into a data warehouse. This system would also do the auxiliary analysis on scale of objects (e.g. tax), distribution of key tax source, and form of industry, in order to decrease national tax administration risk, and increase administration efficiency. |
