For the automation enterprise, in order to manage the information of products and customers, then provides better service to the customers, an appropriate automation product management and service system needs to be developed. The system which manages automation product is based on current popular Internet technology. It can not only connect enterprise and customers conveniently, but also gather, settle and analyze related information which comes from the system. What is more, the system can recommend appropriate automation products to the customers on the basis of uncertain demands and digital product data.An electronic manufacturing enterprise has been taken as the research object to develop an automation products management and service system after clearing research object and researching related circumstance at home and abroad. The system will be convenient for employees and customers. The main contents are as follows:This paper classifies the products data and customer data according to the requirement of software task. The relationship database design technique is used to convert products information, user information and product information produced during process management into the abstract E-R diagram. Then the abstract E-R diagram will be converted to the corresponding two-dimensional relationship table through using database logic design principles. As a result, the particular tables are built on the SQL Server database management system. For a better usage in database, some necessary optimization is unavoidable. During the process of database’s operation and maintenance, mixed backup methods are adopted to back data. From studying the function and structure of monitor management platform software DView, the program development technology is grasped. Using cross platform Internet application development technology to process interface development and relate SQL Server data table based on the DView software platform. The particular modules have been accomplished include product information management module, customer basic information management, purchase records management, consultant management, product judgment management, bulletin management, matching product by customer demand and so on. Besides, the module of matching product by customer demand adopts product similarity model. The similarity formula combines demand suggested by customer and product properties which has already existed to compute similarity. According to the sort of product similarity, the larger similarity of product will be recommended to corresponding customer.
