| Recently, with the enlargement of the scale of the sport center, and the rapid increase of members, the business becomes more and more complex, and traditional management has already faded out, unable to meet the need. Therefore, taking advantage of computer technology and network, we have to find a less expensive but more effective solution for management, and fulfill its potential for further business.To design and implement this project, we take the sport center’s business growth into account, and try to develop a system that combines member management, warehouse management, and business evaluation together. This system separates the business logic layer, data logic layer and user interface, uses structural relational database, and provides different views for the gym stuff and members. With the modulation of the program, we realized the high cohesion, low coupling request in software engineering, and provide effective basic support for different applications for the gym stuff and members. By using SQL Server relational database, we realized the structural management of lots of information, and help the gym manager discover important patterns for business decision, and implemented more powerful functions for better use of the members. So, Dream The sport center Management System uses information technology to help the gym staff deal with member management, goods management, financial statistics, data analysis and information maintenance, and supports more extensive member functions to make the members pleased.This article mainly introduce the major modules of the system, describe the system structure and database design, and discuss the complex functions in depth. The major parts of the system include member management, consumption management, goods management, statistical analysis, members’self-service system and its extensions. The system has been launched for practical use, and user feedback shows this system can meet the customer’s needs. |
