| The time grating displacement sensor,is a new displacement sensor,the sensor is different from the traditional grating displacement sensor,it adopts the "time-space transformation thought",avoid the traditional grating displacement sensor on the grating ruler processing,dependence on high precision machinery scribed line,reduces the cost and difficulty of processing,has important application value,and invented by the Chinese,and with independent intellectual property rights.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to continue to advance the research and development of the time grating displacement sensor.In the early grating displacement sensor on the basis of the research,key steps of time grating displacement sensor--the formation of traveling waves to construct grating displacement sensor "infinite uniform motion of the grating ruler",put forward a kind of new traveling wave formation scheme,hope that through photoelectric signal and standing wave modulation method is adopted to form the travelling wave the time grating displacement sensor need,according to the new plan to design a new model of time grating displacement sensor,widening the grating displacement sensor of the existing research ideas,so as to promote the time grating displacement sensor research and development.Group put forward the time grating displacement sensor new traveling wave signal synthesis method,adopt the method of photoelectric coupling and standing wave modulation,including light source,grating ruler and a movable grating ruler,photoelectric signal detection,signal processing module.By sine and cosine incentive driven light source emits time sine and cosine variations of light intensity through the fixed grating ruler and moving grating ruler,by photocell probe signal and the transformed into electrical signals,and the amplification,filtering,coupled with spatial fixed grating ruler and moving grating ruler transparent part of the relative position and obtain two standing wave modulation signal,again by the synthesis of the two standing wave can be obtained when the time grating displacement sensor for traveling wave signal.In this process,mainly to do the following aspects of the content:1)the measuring principle of time grating displacement sensor was introduced,time grating displacement sensor using the idea of time-space conversion of displacement measurement,and the other grating displacement sensor compared to the principle ofadvantage.2)traveling wave model in the existing time grating displacement sensor through analysis of proposed new methods for generating traveling wave and standing wave and traveling wave under certain conditions can transform each other,through the photoelectric coupling,the method based on photoelectric signal modulation to obtain the desired wave signal,the mathematical model is deduced.3)the experiment method is designed,in which the direct transmission model is easy to be realized.4)according to the model,build the experimental platform,using LED light source in the cob integrated light source,grating ruler material chose the way of optical coating of glass plate,grating ruler grid surface graphics rendering using l-edit pro,the required experiment experimental base were design and optimization,and circuit design.5)on the experimental platform,a new method of traveling wave is formed.At first,the standing wave experiment and the traveling wave test are carried out to verify the feasibility of the new method.Experimental precision and repeatability tests were carried out to further validate the method to obtain the traveling wave signal pair grating displacement sensor performance.The new method to obtain the traveling wave based on the photoelectric signal and the standing wave modulation is a new type of research,,some progress has been made,to verify the correctness and feasibility of the scheme,but still need further research,there are still some problems to be resolved. |
