With the fast development of social economy, the application of electrical equipment has been stretched into every corner of our life. All electrical equipment have a necessary power unit----the power module. Currently, the power is mainly divided into analog power and digital power. Compared with the analog power supply, digital power supply has its unique advantages:high efficiency in conversion, small volume, light quality, strong adaptability to power grid variances, output stability, high integration and low temperature drift. Hence, the study of digital power source is of great significance. According to the actual demand of project, this paper designs a high-powered digital power supply which can communicate with the outside world and is constant voltage and adjustable of the output.Through the analysis of a series of comprehensive factors, This paper applies TMS320F2812 of TI company as the master control chip of this project and a classical PID algorithm is used as the main algorithm in software design. Meanwhile, combined with the half bridge topology of analog circuit to realize constant voltage of output. A characteristic of the power supply designed in this paper is that the PC through the serial port of DSP can change the size of the constant voltage output values of power supply in real time.Firstly, this paper designs the basic parameters of high-power digital power supply based on DSP and employs the half bridge topology as the DC/DC converter of digital power supply. Then, this paper designs three main parts of high power digital power supply using DSP:hardware design, software design and test of high power digital power supply. Among them, the hardware design includes the design of input protection circuit, EMI circuit, half bridge topology structure, high frequency transformer,output rectifier filter circuit and related peripheral circuit of main control chip. The software design of high power digital power supply consists of the design of the main program, PID algorithmprogram and SCI module of communication program.During the testing phase,in order to reduce the interference between modules, We firstly test modules separately, until after each module can work normally, then the parameters of the whole system of the digital power are tested. After the test, the high power digital power supply can meet the basic design requirements.
