With the rapid development of radar technology, signal environment has become more and more complex, which is a huge challenge for the electronic countermeasures system. The traditional field tests can not meet the needs of performance testing of various electronic countermeasures system. A new method of effectiveness evaluation is proposed by radar environments simulator. The thesis is proposed based on the research of radar signal environments simulator. The radar signal environments simulator generates all kinds of radar transmitting, echo and jamming signals to construct the complex electromagnetic environments, which evaluates the technical and tactical indicators and effectiveness of electronic countermeasures system. In this thesis, the design and implementation of main control software in radar signal environments simulator system are researchedThe main control software is the core of the radar signal environments simulator system, and is in the top of the system.To satisfy the requirement of the main control software of the radar signal environments simulator, the Qt platform is selected to develop and design, which can provide a friendly human-computer interaction interface, and realize the setting, management and control of the radar signal environments simulator. The main control software interface can complete the test scene description, the test process management and the test working condition and parameters record, and can send control commands, parameters and status information through the network communication to each radar simulators.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1. The structure and function of the radar signal environments simulator system are introduced based on the background of the subject and development status at home and abroad in this thesis. Through the analysis of the functional requirements of system main control software and the overall design, Qt development platform is used to design the graphical user interface. Then the key techniques are proposed which are applied in the design of application.2. Radar signal environments simulator can generate many kinds of radar transmitting,echo and jamming signals. The basic types of the transmitted signal and the principle and simulation method of radar echo and jamming signal simulation are researched. The simulated target echo signals and interference signals are implemented through modeling and simulation methods in this thesis.3. A mixed- language programming method of MATLAB and Qt is given to realize the simulation control software. Qt calls the dynamic link library of MATLAB functions to realize signals simulation and graphics display. In this thesis, the method and process which convert MATLAB functions to a dynamic link library are proposed and used in Qt.4. A application of the control software is designed, including three function modules: parameters setting module, management and control module and database management control module. At the same time, the working process of software and software user interface and layout are designed.5. Completed the software testing and join-test verification of software and hardware. The test results show that the main control software system achieves the expected goal and runs stably.
