| With the rapid development of power industry, the number and frequency of security apparatus used in electric power enterprises are increasing. Bad quality and inappropriate use of security apparatus are main reasons that cause accidents in the power business, which will directly threaten the safety of staff.Moreover, the security of appartrus are mananged manually. Artificial management has relatively low efficiency and high error rate, because employees have to manually complete the process of procurement, application, alert, maintenance, etc. This process consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, and wastes a lot of time. Furthermore, power enterprise is equipped with screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, digital micrometer, ODTR, fiber welding machines and other industrial equipments. There are many managing problems during the course of applying, alerting, maintaining and scraping, which not only increases the operating costs of enterprises, but also presents a new challenge to the modern enterprise management. So power enterprises are in urgent need of effective and safe approaches to manage apparatus.In order to solve these problems, this paper designs the application module of electrical security apparatus management system. Firstly, this paper researches the demand of the application module. Then, this paper introduces the architecture design and the conceptual design of the application module, and the conceptual design is composed of the interface design, the program design and the database design. The application module mainly includes application of apparatus, examinination of apparatus, delivery of apparatus, return of apparatus, information of operating records. In addition, based on the So Tower development platform, this paper uses the B/S framework to achieve the function of the application module, using JAVA, HTML, JSP and other languages, taking OSGI as the framework, the application module of electrical security apparatus management system is achieved.Finally, this system is deployed in Tomcat to test the feasibility of this module. The results show that this module achieves the expected function successfully. It contributes to the transformation of management from artificial management to automatical management. |
