With social development, there are increasingly high demands for better social insurance services. To adapt to this change, to address the difficulties experienced in paying the insurance premium, and to ease the working pressures of social insurance collecting agencies, social insurance institutions are exploring how to take advantage of the Bank network to provide insured personals with real-time payment service, while easing the handling pressure.This article is further detailed research study on the key technologies and the business context of using banking networks collecting social insurance premium in real time.Banks and real-time online payment system of social security is in recent years the use of information system, all parts of the development of exploration stage, many problems still exist, the response time is long, the concurrent performance is low, poor scalability, unable to deal with complex business needs artificial background interference and other issues. In our country’s social security service system has yet to realize the dynamic matching of orgnaization of agency of personnel, in this form, with the enlargement of the ginseng protect coverage, capture expends person-time increases, make the person in charge of load ratio continues to expand, the bank and real-time online payment system of social security have become the bottleneck of social security contributions service, seriously restricts the development of social undertakings, to reduce the user experience and service quality of social services. So the optimization and design a set of real-time networking system to solve these problems has more urgent practical significance.The paper proposes a socket based, real-time expandable banking network interface platform offering high-reliability, high-concurrency. It addresses the main challenges the other banking network faces today, elaborates the design of the proposed platform and constructs a virtual simulation (prototype).This platform is based on Apache Mina components, communication processing framework, decoupling technology, object persistence framework, DMZ host security technology, firewall technology, using Spring Hibernate, metadata annotations, it is an cross-database platform with a easy maintain system structure.
