With the development of modern enterprises, informatization has become one of the most efficient booster. How to maximize its benefits, but meanwhile avoid the losses caused by informatization, is becoming the most urgent problem that needs to solved in the informatization process of enterprises. As one of the core business system of A group company, Expense Control Management(ECM) system has been operating more than five years. With the increasing users, expanding business data and overloading operation, ECM system meets big challenges about its stability and efficiency. Hereto, Information Center, as the information management department of A group company, urgently needs to improve the stability of the server to guarantee high availability information system. Information Center should try the best to solve the system performance bottleneck problem so that improving the system operation efficiency and users satisfaction. This is not only the important direction of ECM system optimization for A group company, but also the important research direction of informatization process for modern enterprises.Based on the research approach “finding problem— analyzing problem— solving problem”, the innovation points of this paper mainly embody following two aspects. On the one hand, from three aspects of the application server, database server and hardware server, this paper elaborates and analyzes the system architecture of A group company to find its single failure problem point. After making contrastive analysis of technology and cost in the industry mainstream projects, this paper puts forward the A10 hardware load balancing and Oracle Data Guard disaster backup solution. On the other hand, this paper puts forward the performance improvement plan based on the partition table and global temporary table technology so that solving Memory overflow problems during using process. Namely, after finding specific business point in the using process of eclipse Memory Analyzer, this solution considers overall business volume and scenario, then it stores data in partition by annual and uses global temporary tables to replace common tables to store the logical calculation intermediate results.Traditional technical implementation plan s often pay too much attention to the effects brought by successful proposals, but overlook the necessary backspacing steps to the failure caused by fluff multifarious data environment. To avoid this problem, this paper puts forward the backup and fallback proposals in case of implementing failure. Namely, using RMAN backup of Oracle database, physical cold standby, logical backup of business table and data calibration strategy after successful implementation, you can return to the data environment before optimization conveniently and quickly. Finally, through the test of theory and practice, this paper achieves the goal of high availability of the technical architecture and performance tuning for A group company’s ECM system. The proposal has strong enforceability, foresight and argumentation, also has a certain guiding significance for other application system with similar underlying architecture to build high availability server architecture and performance tuning.
