The field robots stuffed with the platform that collect the information of desert environment, it can be remotely monitored the change of environmental information in the desert hinterland, then they can provide important information sources for us to study the desert environment.In order to ensure that the field robot can work efficiently, on the basis of the analyzes of the power supply system of field robot characteristic, proposed the optimization of power supply system design, so that the field robot can do a more stable long-term work in the field.Through the analysis of the power supply system, and analyzes the solar panels generate electricity principle, combined with operating status of field robots, the power supper system used the solar controller. By analyzing the changes in position of the sun, solar radiation intensity, rotation model of the robot field, the model of field robot tracking the sun is established, and uses MATLAB to carry on the simulation operation, and then proposed a rational optimization field robot solar tracking program, makes sure the field robot use of different tracking intervals for different time and different radiation intensity solar field robot,to ensure solar panel get more generating capacity at the same time. so that the robot field charging time as short as possible, increased field robot to perform the task duration.On the other hand, through analysis of Li-ion battery, An optimal design of management scheme for lithium ion batteries is proposed. The articles review of a large number of reference documents, optimized of the solar tracking scheme and lithium ion battery management solutions. Improved the power generation efficiency of solar panels and lithium-ion battery SOC estimation accuracy, increased the utilization of lithium-ion battery power, the power supply system of the field robot has been optimized, so field robot can better perform various tasks in the field.
