At present, market competition has been escalating. Enterprises can compete to survive in the competitive environment or not, which is often depended on whether the employee of the enterprise can provide sufficient productivity. While as an important way of staff’s acquiring knowledge and improving their own skills, staff training has become more and more important to the enterprises. The traditional training mode has to coordinate the time and unify the fixed place, which not only consumed a lot of manpower and material resources, but also has the disadvantages of low randomness and the poor effect. With the development of computer network technology, database technology, intelligent algorithms and other disciplines, the integration of different disciplines has been continued to deepen, that brings a new direction to the modern management of enterprises. As one of the enterprise information construction content, online training system has experienced rapid expansion, which has brought a more efficient model for the enterprise staff training.Combining with the current situation of the development of online training system as well as the characteristics of media instruction, this paper introduces the in-depth analysis and detailed implementation of the functional structure of intelligent multimedia training platform. The platform has been completed based on B/S network model, in the framework of the.NET Framework 4.0, using the ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2008 database. Firstly, through the analysis of function demand, performance demand and feasibility of the system, the whole function and performance index of the training platform has been assured. Secondly, based on the ideology of software engineering, the function of each module of the training platform has been illustrated. In addition, according to the functional requirements of the platform, a plurality of information table have been set up in order to design the database of the system. Then, in the part of test paper generation of this training system, the function of automatic test paper generating based on genetic algorithm has been realized. Finally, the implementation of each function module of the training platform has been detailed.
