The Design And Implementation Paperless Test System Based On Net Application

With the deepening and development of education informatization, the education reform also will continue to develop and deepen. Concerning the basic computer courses, because of the continuous deepening of teaching reform in the teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching evaluation system, and due to the constant development of teaching ideas, it has always been updated and adjusts to the new situation, thus shows different dynamic characteristics with other courses. The traditional test methods can not adapt to the modern examination requirements,especially to the analysis of the student achievement, it can only calculate the average points and the passing rates of the students. It is difficult to make statistics about students’ mastery in all the teaching knowledge of each chapter,therefore, it is hard to make the teaching design according to the students’ mastery in the knowledge points and it has no reference value for the future teaching work. So there is an urgent need to make a paperless examination system with functions such as automatic test paper, automatic scoring, distinguishing the difficult level and examination management.This paper takes Jiangxi University of Technology Computer Basic Courses for example. Based on the analysis of the requirements for the paperless examination system, the paper aims to establish the data model and system structure of paperless examination system, then design a set of paperless test system based on NET to adapt to paperless test platform of computer science courses in Jiangxi University of Technology. The main tasks of this paper are as follows: firstly, according to the actual situation of the school’s basic computer courses and examination requirements and characteristics, it puts into practical examination as the basis and analyzes the requirements for the system design.Then, according to the functional requirements of the project and use objects to design, the system is divided into five functions"database management, the theory exam management, examination management,comprehensive management, system management” and then divided into 20 small number of refinement function modules; finally, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development too4 l, using SQL Server 2008 as the database platform test system,based on ASP.NET technology, designing and implementation of the whole system can be achieved by adopting three layer architecture. Using C# language, the study team has designed two modes of paperless test system, that is, B/S mode and C/S mode. Through the practical application test, this system can be used effectively.
