With the development of social economy, the improvement of the infrastructure and people’s living standard, the people’s health consciousness is increasing. More and more people will regularly conduct a physical examination. The number of people to hospital becomes more and more. Blood typing is one of the basic medical testing projects. The number of blood samples to be tested is increasing in each big hospitals and blood Banks. The traditional blood typing methods mainly rely on manual processing, the process is tedious, the detection efficiency is low, and the results are vulnerable to the impact of human factors and external factors. Gel cassette assay method as the most advanced blood typing technology has the very strong practical application value in domestic. Therefore, through the development of automated testing equipment that is supporting the use of micro-column gel card, it can save manpower, improve the accuracy and efficiency of blood test, be conducive to gel cassette assay method to realize standardization and automation, and develop our country cause blood type test related field.Based on the principle of gel cassette assay method and the development of automatic blood type testing equipment at home and abroad, the overall scheme of the automatic blood bank system are put forward, the working principle of the system is analyzed. According to the request of blood detection method and the function of the system, the basic flow of automatic blood type experiment is determined and the main performance index of automatic blood bank system is formulated.According to the functional requirements and the overall scheme of automatic blood bank system, and based on the mechanical system structure, the hardware structure of system is designed and hardware type is selected. The electric schematic diagram of the automatic blood bank system is designed, and the layouts of the hardware and wiring are planned by considering the aspects of electromagnetic interference and electrical safety.The control system software includes the upper computer (PC) software and the lower computer (PLC) software. PC completes the design of human-machine interface, the processing and interpretation of experimental results image, the storage and query of experimental data, and conversion algorithm of communications data. The no protocol communication between upper machine and lower machine is realized by their communication programs. The lower computer realizes the basic operation of the system function. The upper computer can realize the manual debugging of the motor system and the automatic operation of the complex blood type experiment by calling the lower computer program. Through the man-machine interface of the upper computer, the operator can control the system, and the experimental data can be monitored, stored and managed.The electromagnetic compatibility test of the automatic blood bank system is carried out on the basis of function realization and good run. The related contents of electromagnetic radiation disturbance test and terminal voltage test are introduced in detail. The problems of the two tests that are not up to the standard are diagnosed and solved. Eventually the automatic blood bank system meets the corresponding national standards and performance requirements indicators.
