Design And Implementation Of Yingkou Municipal Electronic Supervision System For Administration And Approval

Through the investigation of related business about administration, approval and electronic supervision of the public administration service center in Yingkou city, this paper put forward an information management system based on computer technology. In business processing, it integrated original information management systems to meet the requirements of the mass in online processing and to actually supervise business flow. And it combined the administrative examination and approval and supervision management to benefit and convenient the mass.the paper built application subsystem of outside net, examination subsystem of internal net and electronic supervision subsystem through related requests and analysis. With Java language in design, popular J2EE+JavaBean+Servlet as basic framework, using Oralcc with easy operation as database of system, the system adopts UML, case diagram and activity diagram in the design of data model, as well as B/S structure in the aspect of system framework. With the applications of above technologies, the maintainability, portability and expansibility of this system are all improved.Through the development and design of the electronic supervision system, the paper analyzed the development of e-government affairs in new forms and provides direction for public administration service center. At present, the system is in running well, meeting the related requests for daily management in public service.
