Design And Implementation Of Discipline Inspection Management System For State-owned Enterprises

After the eighteenth congress, the CPC Central Committee has been fighting corruption intensively to make profound change for the party, and win the recognition of the society. With the increasing efforts on anti-corruption from the party and the nation, modern information technologies have became a useful way to strengthen the management for the discipline inspection departments. This thesis is to design a management system based on the existing circumstances of the discipline inspection with respect to the state-owned enterprises. The main contents are listed as follows:(1) Based on the demand from the inspection departments, the system, including global structure, functional model and database, is designed and debugged using the operation flow diagram and illustration picture.(2) Two core function modules, including letters and calls management on disciplinary inspection, and case review, are designed comprehensively. The procedures to complete the functional modules are then discussed by the flow charts.(3) The system are achieved through coding the core functional modules using professional technologies, such as ASP.NET technology on the Microsoft Visual Studio base, and C language combining with Microsoft SQL Server database. The function and performance of the system are also validated by the specific cases.Three-tiered structure is adopted in the discipline inspection system, effectively reducing the coupling between the modules and improving the flexibility and easy- maintenance for the system. Furthermore, this system has provided the platform for the operation staffs, and realized the information sharing, and improved working efficiency for the disciplinary inspection and the letters and calls management on disciplinary inspection with respect to the state-owned enterprises.
