Because of its efficiency and flexibility, more and more consumers become fervent to the online shopping and service. Enterprises, one afte another, establish their online gateway to suit the development of e-commercial.This paper studies and summarizes the developing process and technical aspects of the Electrical Enterprise Information Portal, and investigates how to design electrical EIPs that are more suitable to the circumstances of the developing e-commercial circumstances and in line with the requirements of the eletrical enterprises. In this paper, we determine the functional modules designed in the enterprise information passageway designed in the paper based on collecting, arranging and accessing to domestic and foreign relevant information, and confirm the design purpose of the enterprise information passageway. Therefore we analyze the various technical tools applied by current e-commerce platforms and choose the stable and suitable JSP technology to design the system. The e-commerce platform designed in the paper is devided into two parts:the foreground page part and the background management part. We carefully and deliberately complete the requirement analysis on the basis of an overall investigetion of the fundamental business of electrical enterprises. We then finish the designs of the related technical architecture, the general framework, the network topology structure, the database and the functional modules. According to the designs, we also complete the the implementation of the system and pass through the software testing.The electrical enterprise information portal developed in this thesis can satisfy the requirements of electrical enterprises and is suitable to popularize in the electrical industry. The design idea and technical treatments can also be referenced and experienced in the research and development of enterprise information portals in related industries.
