Design And Implementation Of Petition Work Management System For JiaDing Bus Company

In order to earnestly implement the deployment requirements of caring worker in Shanghai transportation development group, opening the channels of complaint reporting, listening to the staff’s opinions and suggestions, solving problems, resolving contradictions, actively promoting scientific development. It need to build a channel and working platform of comprehensive processing workers’ problem by combining the traditional means of reflecting problem and the modern information technology. Jiading bus company, as the subsidiary of handing in group, it bears an important responsibility of urban transportation, which is the external window of the city. In order to improve the service quality of the bus company and meet the requirement of the group, this thesis will build a petition work management system to change the traditional mode of complaint handling, enhance the working efficiency of the complaint handling, achieve the standardization, informatization, scientification. And guide the masses give reasonable suggestions and advices.The design and implementation process of petition work management system is introduced in the thesis. Firstly, it introduce the research background, the research status at home and abroad and the related technologies of the project development. Then on the basis of in-depth research, business process and the requirement analysis of the system are discussed. Based on the demand analysis, the system architecture design, architecture design, function structure design, database design are all completed, and the workflow modeling is completed by the Petri net. Finally, discussed the design and implementation process of form customized, business processes customized, the function module designing in detail, and verifies the validity of the system function from two aspects of functional testing and performance testing. The petition work management system, which discussed in the thesis, adopts the current popular J2EE technology, system framework for the MVC, system covers the process links such as letters and submit, complaint acceptance, feedback, process evaluation, letters supervising etc.. Based on those function module design and development, realizes the informatization and automation of petition working for Jiading bus company.Comparing the petition work management system with other similar system, on the choice of technology solutions, not only adopt the workflow modeling technology of Petri net, realizes the letters automatically transfer but also complaint reporting forms and business process into the category of management, implements the customization of petition form page and business processes. Through the application of the above technical scheme, effectively improve the flexibility of system application and system maintenance in the late. At present, the petition work management system has been applied in Jiading bus company, from the point of application, it has a remarkable achievement in improving the handling efficiency of petition work.
