Design And Reality For Shanxi Science & Technology Private Equity Fund Management System

As the leading enterprise in the line of Shanxi Venture Capital, Shanxi Provincial Science & Technology Fund Development Corporation has been approved the Certificate for Private Equity Fund Management, issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission and Asset Management Association of China. In view of the most complicating managing and running of the private equity, and most important of risk decision and evaluation, while the current related software market used is not coping with the special requirement by the company, so we propose the idea to development the managing system of private equity for Shanxi Provincial Science & Technology Fund Development Corporation.According to the background and significance of the project initiated, this article has carried out detailed analysis to the system demands and given functional design. At first, in the aspect of system demands, made analysis to users’demands and function they want by drawing up some charts, to supply a sufficient design evidence for the managing processing of private equity. Secondly, in the aspect of sys tem design, gave completely illustration to the seven modules including User Management, Login Management, Submitting Management, Risk Management, Searching Management, Statistics Management and Special Business Management. Especially to Risk Management, which is the key and core of the system, through the establishment of Risk Evaluation Model and performance of the related operation, the author gave detailed description of the Risk Decision and Design Idea by Shanxi Provincial Science & Technology Fund Development Corporation in terms of project investment. In addition, also use model to design the database. Finally, by design the system function, realize the user’s various demands and come out the related codes for design program during the implementation procedure of database.At last, the system took test experiment, mainly use the method of Black Box, targeted validation by instance, to ensure the system satisfied demands analysis, and could run safely and reliably. Through test, prove the system can meet the requirement of corporation to the management of private equity, moreover, greatly reduces the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency.
