| HF communication is a kind of wireless communication with a long history, whose transmission is accomplished by the ionosphere reflection. HF communication has advantages of simple networking, less construction equipment, taking the ionosphere as medium, safe and reliable, so in the field of communication it has a very important role.The research content is derived from the project named as "The Research of HF Frequency Selection and Link Establishment System Technology ". A HF communication system with a new type of frequency selection and rapid link establishment is to be designed in this topic, which mainly includes two parts: terminal application software and HF link establishment controller. This design has realized the terminal application software of the system, and the major contributions of this paper are outlined as follows:(1) The main components of the system for the HF frequency selection and link establishment were briefly analyzed, which includes hardware system and software architecture, and the main functions of the various components were presented.(2) The overall scheme design for the HF frequency selection and link establishment system was presented; and the network interface procedures with the communication control board ARM in a HF link establishment controller was designed, mainly includes the data frames and the communication command frame which are for data interaction with communication control board; then according to the functional requirements of the system, the scheme design of each main module was studied and presented.(3) The programming technique used in the development process of the terminal application software was presented, and according to the scheme design for the HF frequency selection and link establishment system, the terminal application software of the system was realized, which includes initial module, frequency selection module, automatic link establishment module, data transmission module, information recording and processing module, and encryption module. At the same time, the test and the validation at different stages of the system was did. And the single PC software test mainly completed the network interface to send and receive data; system simulation test mainly completed the terminal application software Bug debugging and improved the function details of the system; indoor environment test mainly completed the whole test for the system and the test for the interface whether it is friendly or not.The terminal application software works in the application layer and is realized with the help of the Visual c++ programming language, the MFC framework and object-oriented programming technology. By the various stages of test and improvement, the terminal application software has meet the users’ requirements. |
