Evaluation For The Information Utilization Efficiency Of Emergency Website Based On Technology Acceptance Model

Study on the theory and practice of information quality and information utilization efficiency of emergency websites is an ongoing concern and is a research subject of significant value in the field of emergency information management. Under the background of emergency website construction gradually maturing, this study from the user level conducted in-depth research on the issues of utilization efficiency of emergency websites. It is combining the research methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research and adding three latent variables of website information quality,website interactive experience and subjective paradigm based on the TAM which widely used in the field of user behavior analysis, this study constructed a structural equation model to evaluate the utilization of the emergency information website based TAM model. It is using the general technical methods of questionnaire for data collection and withing the data analysis software SPSS, this study had a reliability and validity analysis for the questionnaire’s data to insure the overall credibility and suitability of the questionnaire. In the next step, the study imported the questionnaire’s data which had passed its reliability and validity analysis one by one into the measurement model which built by the structural equation model analysis software(AMOS) and had comprehensive analysis for the model. Finally, this study had a respectively analyze and discuss on the structural equation model of emergency information utilization which based on TAM and the standardized path coefficient between variables. Based on the conclusions drawn from the analysis, this study presents specific recommendations designed to improve the utilization efficiency of the emergency website information, so the emergency website can most fully play its role.
