China TV program goes out of the country to the world and take shoulders on the people of the world recognizing about culture, cognitive social and spiritual life of the Chinese people, carry forward the spirit of the Chinese nation and improves the image of the country.This paper is starting from the property of the Chinese TV culture, reviewing the development of Chinese overseas TV transmission, summarizing that TV program into film distribution in current period, co-production, spread overseas by investment, indicate the deficiencies about the Chinese TV transmitting in other countries, further more, analysis both micro and macro aspect about the restriction of Chinese TV overseas transmission.
