| With the development of China’s economy,measurement has become increasingly important in our life,work and industry development.As an official metrology agency in Ningbo,Ningbo Institute of Measurement and Testing provides not only the technical support for the administration management,but also services for all the enterprises and institutions of social service.Currently,the management system of the Institute was established based on different standards,and there is high probability of error due to the large workload.Therefore,it becomes urgent to use computer technology to create a good control management system for quality testing,for the purpose to achieve full coverage of the system management,to rationalize the relationship between various standards and specifications,and to dynamically supervise the management system.Considering the current dilemma that Ningbo Institute of Measurement and Testing faces,with the application of B / S development model and three-tier architecture style,.NET-Based design technology,and the establishment of ADO.NET data access interface and Microsoft SQL Server database management system,a control management system for quality testing for the metrology institutes is designed and implemented to solve a series of problems internally.The main work and results in this thesis are as follows:1.Based on the reference to a large number of literature and the investigations from field work,the present status of the management system of metrology institutes is analyzed.It’s determined to use related technologies of B / S development model,as well as.NET software development techniques and use hierarchical analysis method(AHP)architecture testing quality control evaluation model through discussing the key technologies of the management system.2.Testing quality control strategy is further discussed,the system design ideas and goals is determined,The feasibility of developing the control management system for quality testing for the metrology institutes is analyzed and the practical needs of the system is comprehensively analyzed through functional requirement and performance.3.Research on the overall design of the system,including the deployment of network system,the design of the system structure and the software construction,and the detailed design for each functional module.The related key technologies is also in-depth studied.4.The whole control management system for quality testing is developed and implemented.At present,the system is working effectively in Ningbo Institute of Measurement and Testing,and is receiving positive feedback from the officers.The implementation of this topic helps to improve the work quality of the Institute,enhance the detection capacity,improve the service standard,and provide further guarantee for the business development of the Institute. |
