As modern medicine science has increasing requirement for medical instruments,hence the measurement and control of temperature play a key role in medical instruments fields.Heat therapy in deep sites of tumor is a kind of green method that can using heat energy to cure cancer,and the most popular deep tumor thermotherapy machine at present is based on the endogenous field of deep thermal therapy,that is,with a water bag close to human skin to resonate and cool body temperature.In the process of thermal therapy,once the temperature of a water bag is too high,patients can feel it and remind doctors to change another water bag.In order to avoid scald patients who can endure high temperature and patients who can endure low temperature change water bags frequently,it has a significant meaning to design a kind of temperature control system which can monitor the temperature of water bags and control the temperature precisely.Most of temperature control equipment in present market is based on PLC or Single Chip Microcomputer(SCM),since PLCs mainly aim at projects that have little repetition or have a few data,hence only has narrow scope of application and another shortcoming is that they cost too much.Although single-chips have the advantages of low power consumption,High efficiency and cheap,they have poor antiinterference capability and always out of order.In order to adapt the rapid development of modern information technology and modern technological innovation,the central research work of this paper is to design a kind of measurement and control of temperature system that based on ARM processor and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.The system we designed fully combine the advantages of ARM processor and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.Compared with traditional measurement and control of temperature systems,the main advantages of our system are high reliability,instant reaction,large buffer memory and good expansibility.The paper discusses composition of embedded operating system and gives an outline of MODBUS-RTU communication protocol first,then designs hardware system of the temperature control system,including communication module,JTAG circuits,temperature measurement module etc.In the software design part of the temperature control system,we mainly migrate MODBUS-RTU communication protocol,writemotherboard control program and temperature data acquisition program etc.The paper chooses a enhanced microprocessor chip STM32F103VBT6 based on ARM Cortex-M3 as the controller to design hardware circuits and monitoring program in monitoring module.The whole temperature control system makes up a two-level communication network through RS232/485 bus and communicates in a master-slave MODBUS protocol way.The computers in monitoring center monitor all the sensor nodes in the whole network and make use of monitoring software to collect temperature data of all the nodes in real time,thus regulate and control the temperature of all the nodes.
