With the widespread of Internet and e-commerce, a variety of digital multimedia products continue to spread and shared across the network constantly for the majority of users to access and use. The opening of network resources brings us convenience, but also brings digital resources piracy. As a result, digital resources are facing increasingly serious problem of copyright disputes. In order to achieve the purpose of digital copyright protection, a tracing algorithm of anti collusion digital fingerprint based traitor is proposed.Firstly, the algorithm uses concatenated I codes and CFF codes encoding algorithm to generate digital fingerprinting. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of encoding, it shows that the CFF code has a strong anti-interference ability to shorten the encoding length effectively at the same time. In order to improve the encoding efficiency of CFF, we design a hybrid encoding scheme of CFF code and I code combination. In case of many users, Hybrid coding has the advantage of high efficiency of codes generation and wide range of fingerprint length. In addition, it can resist and,or,average conspiracy attack, and can effectively carry out the traitor tracing.Secondly, it presents a digital fingerprint embedding and extracting algorithm based on discrete cosine transform and discrete wavelet transform,this algorithm has the characteristics of good compression and decompression ability,and better hiding ability and guarantee the digital fingerprint has good imperceptibility and robustness.Finally, through the compared the similarities between the extracted digital fingerprint and the embedded original digital fingerprint, the algorithm implement the traitor tracing. In order to prove that the generated digital fingerprint scheme has good robustness, the digital fingerprint embedded audio and audio files by weight, low-pass filtering, re-sampling and amplitude scaling attack four kinds of experiments were performed to extract the fingerprint error rate. At the same time, with the audio as the carrier to extract the fingerprint and or the average conspiracy attack, and carries on the experiment of the bit error rate judgment, the experiment results show that the scheme has good anti-collusion capability. On the basis of only two sides of the transaction, we use the trusted third party and use the modulation of the issuers generated fingerprint and distributed it to the original consumer, so users can be prevented by bad publisher framing. Through the program design experiments show that the algorithm can realize the traitor tracing, help the fight against piracy of digital audio, digital audio copyright protection.
