| In recent years, with the increasing global energy crisis and environmental issues,and gradually promote electricity reform, the user requires the power system to provide a more secure, stable, economical and efficient services in the power supply and power quality. Based on the above, this paper proposes a national network of Tianjin park building green, energy-saving, environmentally friendly "green energy network intelligent scheduling system," this vision. Green energy network intelligent scheduling system as the center of power, flexible admission MW(megawatt) class multi-point access to distributed power and many other forms of energy, fully integrated distributed energy, widely integrated energy information for the dispatcher to provide full faceted technical support.This paper describes the background and significance of green energy network intelligent scheduling system, analyzes the research status of intelligent scheduling system now study the GA-BP(Genetic Algorithm-Back Propagation) algorithm and particle swarm optimization and other related technologies. Next to the green energy network intelligent scheduling system needs a systematic analysis, design the system’s overall architecture and functionality, database. Finally, to achieve the key module of the system, including optical storage micro-grid, the centralized energy station, and distributed energy load and capacity forecasts, and the combination of forecasting results detailed scheduling of each energy subsystem. Implement the system effectively solves the pressure of the current scheduling staff so that the park can be intelligent interaction between energy production and user load demand, while the park’s cold, heat, electrical energy can be more stable, efficient and economical operation. |
