In recent years, mobile data network rapid development, with the 4G network commercial wireless network has entered the era of data, more and more large data impact mobile operators network, network monitoring and network security should be strengthened. Deep(Packet Inspection DPI), the depth of the packet detection technology, through the IP data packet in the depth of the identification, complete network data analysis, in order to meet the needs of the current stage of network operators.In this paper, DPI technology is applied to the actual network, combined with China Mobile’s 2G, 3G network constitute the DPI data analysis system. Using the key technology of DPI: characteristics word recognition technology, behavior pattern recognition technology, application layer network identification technology etc., by acquiring from GB interface(2G network interface between the base station controller(BSC) and core network SGSN) and IU-PS interface(3G Wireless Network Controller RNC and core network SGSN interface) signaling data, efficient recognition network for various applications.Through the DPI system of GB and IU-PS key interface protocol of message decoding, synthesis and statistical call, depth analysis of the data in the message, can take the initiative to find network problems, effective analysis of the current network performance, real-time effectively understand the current network status and characteristics. By DPI system provides rich indicator system to establish a real-time full range of monitoring mechanism, prevention of network problems, reduce the number of complaints, the complaints forward. At the same time when the problem occurs, it can be through the analysis of DPI system to quickly locate and solve the problem, to provide a strong support for network operation and maintenance.
