| Industrial production process control instrument has undergone from analog to digital, from field control to centralized control, then to decentralized control, and now towards a certain development direction of intelligentialize and networking. In view of the process control instrument has experienced from the field to the remote monitoring, from C/S mode to B/S mode. With the development of information technology and mobile Internet, some higher requirements of the monitoring system in stability, security, and cross-platform and on mobile end supporting are put forward.The new thoughts of "cloud computing + industrial" is proposed in this thesis, industrial monitoring system based on cloud computing platform has been researched as follows:1. Based on Alibaba Cloud Computing server, database and WEB applications are deployed in the cloud, the costs of system maintenance and upgrade have been reduced, and the performance of load balance, flexibility, stability and safety is better.2. B/S architecture has been adopted; there are great advantages in the cross-platform and distribution. Monitoring personnel can get equipment data through the browser. At the same time the bootstrap front-end architecture has been used to optimize the mobile terminal, and monitoring personnel can take advantage of the mobile terminal to know the running status of equipment.3. The software and hardware design of the monitoring system has been realized. Industrial process control instrument in the system is divided into two categories:has network interface and connect to the Internet through a communication cable, no network interface and connect to the Internet by wireless communication module. The processes of monitoring system is as follows:firstly, request data commands from the controller are sent to the instrument, and the instrument data uploaded to the cloud computing server through transmission network; secondly, the TCP server of cloud computing server receives the data and stored in the database; finally users access the cloud computing services through the browser, cloud computing services operate database to get monitoring data according to the needs of users, and in the form of graphics and tables to show to users, and provide the warnings of the abnormal data and abundant functions such as data query.Test results show that the developed industrial instrumentation system based on cloud computing server is fully functional, upgrades conveniently, simple to maintain, also be able to support mobile phone terminal and some other mobile terminals, data transmission accurately, access to equipment running status in real time, and completed the system design goals. Users can login industrial instrumentation cloud platform service system through the PC or mobile browser, to get the corresponding data according to their own permissions. |
