With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition of market,product demand gradual become diversified and personalized and product from a single mode of production change into many varieties,small volume,low coast,highly flexible production methods,and increasingly exhibit the characteristics of multi-production line.Multi-assembly line scheduling is a collection of processing in flow shop and parallel machining scheduling problem,and also a relatively new study of schedule field.This departure start from the actual production,put multi-assembly scheduling in company NFJ as an example,expend the feedback research of multi-assembly line problem,and the research result has a good theoretical and practical value.The main work and the results are as follows:(1)By summarizing multi-assembly line scheduling problem and its methods of research status and actual problems encountered during the project,comes to the scheduling problems in the field of multi-assembly line and methods to solve them,and establish the feedback robust scheduling model,which put maximize customer satisfaction,maximize utilization and minimize assembly time span of completion as target.(2)According to the characteristics of PID control theory and fuzzy theory,PID control theory optimization algorithms could be used to solve multi-assembly line job scheduling optimization problems,and with an improved particle PSO optimization to adjust the PID parameters.This part uses PID control optimization algorithm to solve the established feedback robust scheduling model and finds the optimal scheduling scheme.(3)Do the simulation and design of multi-assembly feedback scheduling model based on PID control theory,use the VB6.0 to complete the simulation system interface design to achieve the inputting of raw data and the outputting of the simulation results,and the algorithm use the MATLAB 7.x programming to achieve PID control algorithm to operate.(4)Comprehensive analysis of NFJ’ s multi-assembly production workshop,apply the established feedback scheduling model and PID control optimization algorithm to the actual multi-assembly line production workshop.And compare the simulation results with actual scheduling results,it can be verified that the model and algorithm is feasible and superior.
