Information Communication Path Of Grassroots Origination In The Issue Of AIDS Interventions

With the affecting of economy, politics and culture, testing, treatment, and intervention of AIDS are limited. Spreading of HIV has exceeded the original scope not only in specific populations but the specific geographical area, which shows a tension situation of the accelerating spread of global. In the background of globalization, Chinese government also has to face this challenge. But the effects of the government? action is not good and the status quo of intervention is also unoptimistic. What?s worse, the high number and wide area infection among the college students has also changed the original spreading path, which once was spreading with the characteristics of low-educated and regional area.To face with the challenges of AIDS, as a new kind of power, grassroots organizations become more and more outstanding with its ability and advantage of testing and intervention of AIDS. With the consideration of our country situation and structure characteristics of grassroots organizations, the grassroots organizations devoted itself to intervention and controlling of AIDS to minimize the social risk taken by AIDS by using of new media platform such as micro-blog. Their actions take some ideal effects and bring a new angle and opportunity to Chinese AIDS intervention so that they are highly valued by the government.To make a rational science talk with the social problems aroused by AIDS, using the method of Ethnography, the author did a two-year field-work as a volunteer in relative grassroots organization and tried to do multi-angle analysis and description and to pay more attention to the following issues:Taking the Chong Qing Milk Non-profit Group as a case, the author re-examined media using conditions and information communication path of grassroots origination in the issue of AIDS interventions. This thesis focuses on the following aspects as existing meaning and value of new media in behalf of micro-blog,construction and expression of grassroots organizations in communication subjects, content and the way to express. This thesis takes the information communication mechanism as the point to consider that the way in which grassroots organizations use new media to discuss the problems of state public policy and reflect the blind-point and questions in the process of AIDS intervention status quo in order to achieve the long aim that AIDS vanished.This thesis aims to expand and enrich the thinking on AIDS issue in Chinese health communication to help work of grassroots originations in relative areas like health and ailment to go forward and aims to give some inspiriting and learning to our country?s health institution and government?s thinking and practice in AIDS intervention.
