| Currently,automatic logistics system is widely used in automatic production plant and AGV is the key subsystems in it and plays more and more important roles.AGV is mainly used for material transport in automatic logistics system,which has highly intelligent and automated abilities,convenient for the staff to schedule and manage in the system,improving the flexibility and productivity of the entire system.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the logistics system for multi-AGV,especially focus on AGV path planning,conflict resolution,scheduling,and wireless transmission.According to the actual work environment of AGV the paper constructs electronic map.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current common AGV path planning algorithms,especially the application and implementation of heuristic A* algorithm in AGV path planning,as well as compares the advantages and disadvantages of these algorithms.Combined with the actual requirements of the project,A* algorithm is selected as the AGV path planning algorithm.In the multi-AGV system,in case of the conflict problem among AGVs,a method that combines offline route planning machine in upper central control system with AGV online detection is used to make each AGV find an superior route that no conflicts with other AGVs.For the task scheduling of multi-AGV system,this paper uses a regulation based on the task priority to achieve goals.Moreover,a multi-AGV software control system is developed based on Visual Studio 2008.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the designed multi-AGV logistics system based on wireless scheduling are demonstrated by experiments.Results present that the strategies and methods proposed in this article are correct and feasible,which provide technical supports for multi-AGV system being put into actual production. |
