The Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For Some Auto 4S Shop

With the wide application of computer technology in the automotive industry, after years of informatization construction, from small to large enterprise or large to auto car sales company, it has achieved good results in terms of information and creates a better information technology environment. In the aspect of financial management auto sales company makes full use of modern information technology, to achieve enterprise financial management’s modern and efficient. In order to satisfy the need of modern automobile sales basic financial management, to absorb domestic and foreign advanced mode of financial management, and strengthen the innovation of financial management mode. In this paper, the auto 4S shops financial accounting and management are analyzed, auto 4S shops financial management system was designed and implemented, for auto 4S shops to provide service of information management platform. Auto 4S shops can be realized with the aid of this platform data interaction and information sharing between departments. Auto 4S shop can use this platform to realize enterprise resource sharing plan, achieving data transmission and sharing between different departments, improving car sales company’s car sales and car after-sales service level, reducing costs to maximize profits, achieving the profit of the enterprise.In this paper, the customer requirements and system functional requirements are analyzed, in the aspect of system technology’s design and implementation to feasibility evaluation, using the C/S architecture, KCML language and development platform, according to user requirements definition and create the View Model object, windows as operation platform, using KDB realize data storage and management, to implement the system management, nominal ledger account management, sales ledger account management, purchase ledger account management, assets register management, vehicle sales financial management and vehicle after-sale financial management.At present, after functional testing, performance testing and corporate level test, system functions and performance indexes satisfy the customers’ requirements, to achieve target. The system runs stably, the effect is better, coming into the production working. The application of this system to strengthen and standardize the financial management of auto 4S shops has a positive role in promoting.
