Design And Implementation Of A Police Integrated Application Management System

With the continuous development of the Internet and the continuous innovation of science and technology, information technology has been more and more widely used in the construction of the public security organs, all kinds of completed police information application systems are more and more rich, these applications have brought a large number of different types of business data, and play a decisive role in the field of public security work. However, with the increasing of the application systems, these application systems of different periods are more and more difficult to share information with each other, even caused many problems because of the inconsistent information. Therefore, to develop a set of application system, which can play a role as a bridge, has important practical significance for the further construction of the police information.According to the current situation of police application systems, we have developed a scheme to integrate various business systems into a police system. First, we store the system name, access address, system identification and other key information of each business system to the management system through the modular of application integrated management, and display the information of each business system through the module of desktop application management. Second, we manage user login information through the modular of unified user management, so user can access to the business system directly by logging on management system. Finally, we provide a unified notify and view of all kinds of business systems to-do list and notification message through the modular of notice. From the point of actual business requirements, we have divided the basic function module of system, and we take the user as the center to carry on the detailed demand analysis for each function module, according to the object-oriented development thought. Based on the results of the analysis, we finish the structure design, process design and database design of each module according to the three-tier architecture, which achieves high cohesion and low coupling among various modules. System provides services for the user supported by Web application server, and we use the lightweight development framework of Spring MVC framework combined with My Batis framework to implement it. We describe the detailed process of system clearly and perfectly, from theory to complete implementation, which provides an important reference value for the integration of multiple discrete business systems.After the system is put into operation in police system of Guizhou, the result shows that the user interface of the imitative computer desktop, rich system content and familiar operating mode bring an excellent user experience, and its good scalability can save the cost and time used for the construction of the police information system, and greatly promote the construction and development of police information.
