Now with the continuous development of science and technology, computers,networks, and networking technology not only applies to the socialization of construction, but also changed the way people around the living environment.Through surveys and research that a lot of the intelligence community are further planning and design, in terms of the intelligence community, an important one is the cell vehicle access reasonable management, to further solve the traditional vehicle access management process inefficient, non-intelligent questions, so as to better serve the community of intelligent building.In view of the above problems found, and through a lot of market research and found that vehicle access control system has great market demand, it designed and implemented the Intelligent Community vehicle access control system In this issue,the system uses Java Web technology design and implementation, using My SQL as the backend database, middleware using Tomcat. The system will eventually be able to realize the vehicle registration, identification, billing and information management capabilities that can meet the intelligence community for vehicle access control needs of functionally related.The main work of this paper is, first of all from the intelligence community for vehicle access control requirements analysis to start, a clear system to achieve the functional requirements and non-functional requirements, using the research methods of theoretical research and design and implementation of a combination. On this basis,the intelligence community for vehicle access control system, the outline design, and analyzes the key issues encountered in the system and find a reasonable solution; in this system, to achieve the six major system modules, That entry module, export module, identification module, management module, billing module and log module;then the detailed design of the system and said module implemented. Subsequently,the system unit testing, integration testing and system testing, to verify the correlation function of the system can be achieved. Finally, at the end of the paper work contents are summarized, while future applications in the future.
