| Spectral transmittance reflects the loss of the optical system energy,it is an important parameter to evaluate the optical clarity and brightness level. For the test requirements of the spectral transmittance, a reflective type double channel test method is proposed based on dual channel photoelectric detection and signal lock-in technique transmittance measurement model, the optical system construction of the collimated beam, chopping light, receiving components is designed, the test precision of the system is improved by the principle of fiber total reflection and uniform light characteristics of integral sphere. And the chopper splitting component modal analysis is carried out and is designed according to the analysis results.Finally, the system error factors are analyzed. The experimental results show that the system can be tested in bright field, and the spectral range of the system can reach 300nm~1700nm, and the test precision is 0.5% after standard transmission plate calibrated. |
