The Research And Application Of Hospital Service Bus Base On HL7 Standard

In the medical resource integration environment, the hospital service is centered on patients during treatment in patients, which puts forward higher request to the information system. The initial target of hospital information system is not business collaboration, so most of patient’s clinical data are precipitated owing to lack of timeline, and difficult to provide more information for clinical access. Due to lack of related data, the quality of data is poor.Deal with these problem, this thesis puts forward business data integration scheme based on hospital business, according to the HL7 standard and service bus technology, finally finished the patient-centered system integration. According to the actual situation of the hospital, this thesis developed the interface specification and upgrade the system interface, interactive data encapsulation into asynchronous message according with HL7 standard, at the same time, this thesis establish the EMPI service in hospital, to link patient’s clinical data with patient’s unique index, improving the availability of clinical data.This thesis finally established a comprehensive cooperative hospital service bus for data association between the system and provide the basis for the accumulation of knowledge and business development, data sharing and post mining analysis.
