| Industrial CT(ICT), namely, Industrial Computed Tomography, because it can accurate and clear show the internal structure of the measured object, it is known as the industry’s best technology in the Non-Destructive testing field. With the advancement of technology and improve the detection accuracy, people put forward higher requirements to image resolution of industrial CT detection acquisition.The role detection acquisition system is to detect radiation signal which is passed through the measured object and turn the ray signals into digital signals, and then uploaded to the digital signals to computer for the using of image reconstruction, it is one of the key parts of CT equipment. Performance of the detection acquisition system will directly affect the image quality of the entire industrial CT system. At present, the research on accuracy of industrial CT detection acquisition system is most focus on 16, 18, 20 bit, and with the development of detection technology, requires it can have the ability to more accurately detecting and recording weak signals and complex signals, and it can clear show the image clarity and detail.For the above needs, this project is committed to the development of high dynamic range of 24 industrial CT detection acquisition system, and to the better meet the industrial CT systems for high dynamic requirements, it has good development prospects. The search of this paper mainly from the improve accuracy and image quality developed to 24 detection acquisition system. First, analyzing requirements of the detection acquisition system, compared to different designs to determine the final overall system design. Then, the paper is divided to hardware and software to design.,The paper’s design is based on linear accelerator ray source of high energy industrial equipment CT, so chose the high-energy detection module that we already have, which is constituted of the linear semiconductor photodiode array(LDA) and CdWO4 scintillator. The choice of the main chip of AD conversion section is Σ-Δ type ADC, it can reach 24 ultra-high resolution. The last part is system performance testing and results analysis.In the final commissioning phase, first, we test the ICT detection acquisition system by using Altera’s SignalTap II, and then the use of industrial CT detection test software acquisition systems test the hardware debugging and analysis. The results showed that the dynamic range of designed system meets the requirement, it has achieved high-precision of detection-acquisition system requirements and the desired objectives. |
