Truly achieve the speed of enterprise development, and promote the improvement of economic efficiency, the social and economic development in our country, the promotion of comprehensive budget management has therefore been the real estate business managers.This paper focuses on the implementation of the comprehensive budget management of real estate enterprises in our country, combined with the real estate industry’s budget management mode, operating means and budget features, from the operational convenience, business improvement perspective, will be in accordance with budget, budget preparation, budget control, budget anal ysis, analysis of these five major design a comprehensive budget system. This paper mainly uses Java language to develop comprehensive budget management system, the use of object-oriented design ideas, through the development of ERP software, based on the development of multi dimensional data model analysis, information portal technology, and other systems integration technology and other key technology learning background, summed up the current requirements for real estate companies.
